Could I use CSV to place orders to you?
What's the MOQ (minimum order quantity) you require?
It depends on the products. Many products don’t have any MOQ limit, and some may require a certain MOQ.

How long do you need to process my orders?
Whenever we receive your orders:
If you don ‘t have stock in our warehouse, we need at least 3 days to source the products before we send out the products from our warehouse to your customers.
If you have stock in our warehouse, we can send out the product in one day.

Can you make product pictures or video?
Yes, we can make professional pictures or video of your products at a very affordable price. We also support overseas models to shoot videos.
Do you update tracking number directly on Shopify?
Yes, we do full order management including processing and updating tracking numbers.
Can you put stickers with a logo of our store for each package?
Yes, you have the option to do brand logo/flyers/business cards or custom packages with us.
Do you have US/EU warehouses?
